Saber remains in fine condition. This is one of about only 200 manufactured at the Springfield Armory. Blade is marked SA 1906 Ord.Bomb and serial number 8x. The original leather washer is present. The shark skin grip is very nice with minor wear. The original leather covered wood scabbard is fine. The wood sticks out of the bottom of scabbard about an inch. Saber in scabbard measures 39 1/2".
