Musket remains in very fine condition. All markings are present. Lock is marked 1862 TOWER. Actions are crisp and bore is very fine with strong rifling. Barrel retains around 75% blue and has proofs, and 25 25. Stock is very fine with sharp edges and minor handling marks. The butt stock is marked W.C. SCOTT MAKER BIRMINGHAM. Musket is as found and has never been cleaned. Musket measures 55 1/2" with a 39" barrel. A great looking example and much nicer then what is seen for sale these days.
